Computer-to-Computer File Sharing
* Go to "Network" in File Explorer.
* Click "Enable file sharing and network discovery."[1]

To share a file, right-click on it. Your files are on the right side of the window, and your folders are on the left side of File Explorer. Click the "Desktop" folder on the left to locate a file from your Desktop.
Another option is to click the magnifying glass to view search results after entering the name of the file you're looking for into the search box in the top-right corner of the screen.
It will drop a menu when you right-click on it.
Step: 3
Choose "Specific People" by moving your mouse pointer over "Give access to." Another menu will open on the side when you select the "Give access to" menu option.
The names of the machines on your network will show up in a new window.
Step: 4
To choose which computer name to share, click on it. The recipient will locate the shared file or folder in
File Explorer > Network, Right-click the file or folder and select Give access to > Remove/Restrict to end sharing.
There are several more ways to move data, such as sharing through cloud services, wireless transfer, and utilizing a portable disk.
